Last night was the launch of our awesome new Team Leader L&D books and its what you've all been waiting for!
Its all about driving your own development and really focusing on what YOU want to achieve and where YOU want develop... This can be done by "trying it on for size", "designing your own", "learning from an authority" or attending workshops to learn from an expert. Nic Gillian organised a great role out night for the Team Leaders starting with pizza and sweets and ending with individually wrapped books for everyone! It was like Christmas in July!
The feedback so far has been amazing - a MASSIVE well done to Nic Gillian for the successful launch and all the above and beyonds you put in!
Good Luck to all current and future Team Leaders... Can't wait to see what your made of and where your book takes you!
