Here's an overview of our KPI's (key performance indicators) for this year... It's been a brilliant year so far, we are number 1 for both A/W and S/S KPI's! Well Done guys!!! 

SALES V PLAN + £100k vs plan (1%) 

SALES VS LY + £400k vs plan (3%)

STOCKLOSS RESULT  0.82%

MARKDOWN RESULT  9.7% - The average Flagship result is 12.7%!!!

At Trafford our motto of "Go hard or go Home" with SALE launch really helps drive our markdown... As you can see a Trafford SALE is an epic SALE!

 We also drive our markdown through transfers to other stores, size cubing SALE, and size ordering the stockroom!
