Here's an overview of our KPI's (key performance indicators) for this year... It's been a brilliant year so far, we are number 1 for both A/W and S/S KPI's! Well Done guys!!!

MARKDOWN RESULT  9.7% - The average Flagship result is 12.7%!!!

At Trafford our motto of "Go hard or go Home" with SALE launch really helps drive our markdown... As you can see a Trafford SALE is an epic SALE!

 We also drive our markdown through transfers to other stores, size cubing SALE, and size ordering the stockroom!

Development at Trafford...

At Trafford we are all about team development and making sure you guys are ready for your next step, whatever and wherever that may be! This is how we do it at Trafford, and as you'll see... we are pretty good at it!

You guys really are hotting it up in here... Amazing outfits again. Can't wait to see what the weekend will bring! 

Trafford Sales Vs Plan...

So here's the numbers bit...
This year has been an amazing success for us here at Trafford, cum so far this full year is £12.3 MILLION POUNDS!
That's a massive + £100k vs plan + 1% = 5,555 pascha camis!!!!!
                         + £400k vs LY + 3% = 22,222 pascha camis!!!!!
Crazy money guys! Well done for all your hard work guys this year... Without you this wouldn't be possible! 

Sam McLean, Linear Machine...

A big shout to Sam McLean not only for his new do but for getting signed off his "driving density's" credits by getting linear BANG ON for 3 weeks in a row now, all whilst looking like a total FRM. He's doing a super duper job on the Product team and getting credits galore towards his Team Leader sign off. Well Done Sam! 

The new and improved Stockroom...

EXCITING NEWS guys... the Stockroom is now SIZE ORDERED! Meaning customer service is going to be even better and quicker than ever here in Trafford! Well Done to the BOH and product guys who have worked so hard to put this in place and have done an amazing job too. We are the first store in the company to do this and we're hoping it will be rolled out to the rest of the company! Craig McGregor is in store on Monday to see it, so make sure we're supporting BOH and product by keeping on top of it over the weekend! 
Can't wait to hear Craigs feedback! 

60 minute makeover...

As you all know we've been having a BOH transformation over the last few weeks! You guys spoke and we've listened.... We're having a massive focus on noticeboards, offices, staff rooms, corridors and toilets so you guys can relax in comfort and have exciting and inspirational areas to work in. 
A big shout out to Chris Walker, SOLS and Craig White for doing literally a 60 minute makeover on the girls toilets... It looks beautiful guys, loving the flowers and frames! And see for yourself... the girls LOVE it for perfecting their pouts! 

Summer in the City...

Todays "heatwave" FRM's looked amazing, really rocking that summer festival vibe! The VM managers are jumpsuit MAD this week... looking good ladies! A special shout out to Sam McLean and his snazzy new hair do - now thats dedication to looking good.

"Map your future"

Last night was the launch of our awesome new Team Leader L&D books and its what you've all been waiting for! 

Its all about driving your own development and really focusing on what YOU want to achieve and where YOU want develop... This can be done by "trying it on for size", "designing your own", "learning from an authority" or attending workshops to learn from an expert. Nic Gillian organised a great role out night for the Team Leaders starting with pizza and sweets and ending with individually wrapped books for everyone! It was like Christmas in July! 

The feedback so far has been amazing - a MASSIVE well done to Nic Gillian for the successful launch and all the above and beyonds you put in!

Good Luck to all current and future Team Leaders... Can't wait to see what your made of and where your book takes you!

Getting our Knickers in a Twist!

Well done to the VM's and Emma Jones for the launch of the amazing new underwear area, its lifted 55% since it moved on Tuesday. Check out all the new summer stock next time your instore... 

Team Transfer...

Well done to the Lee, Chris and James for today! They managed to get the SALE transfer for Stockport sorted, bagged and transferred out in record breaking time... Helping us to manage our markdown effectively and get the floor ready for Model Store. Big thanks to Nic and Rosie for delivering it to them too... Thank god for Satnav! Haha! Go Team! x

Model Store Layout signed off..

We had Andy Cummins in store today for a hands on day. He worked his magic on Margot's this morning and made it MEGA summery to keep up with the continued heatwave this week! He also signed off our Model Store layout with Sophie... its going to look amazing, can't wait for all the trends to launch and the creative to hit down!
